GUARANTEE CONDITIONS

The company "VINKOM DOOEL" - Skopje, the issuer of the warranty certificate, guarantees that the product will function properly and will serve its purpose if the instructions for use are applied.

WARRANTY PERIOD

It is valid from the date of sale and verification of the warranty certificate and for commercial use it is 12 months, and for personal use it is 36 months. The issuer of the warranty undertakes that during the warranty period:
- It will remove all defects free of charge and will replace parts that are found to have manufacturing and assembly errors.
- It will carry out all repairs to the device within 10 days from the date of written notification of the defect, and if it does not carry out repairs to the device within this period, it will extend it for as many days as the repair period has been exceeded.
In the event that the device is not repaired within 20 days or the defect cannot be removed at all, the user has the right to request a replacement of the device. The referral and commissioning of the KIRBY product are carried out at the expense of the guarantor.

The following are excluded from the warranty obligations:

- Parts that are part of the regular maintenance of the device and are by nature worn out and replaced with new ones (belt, bulb, paper bags, brush bristles, rear wheels, ...).
- Repair of a device that has had the serial number removed, i.e. the date of manufacture of the built-in parts.
- Defects that have occurred due to failure to comply with the instructions for use and maintenance or the use of inappropriate consumables and tools.
- Defects due to mechanical damage (turbine, hose, pipes, etc.)

The warranty expires

- If it is determined that the commissioning and commissioning was performed by an unauthorized person or if a non-original part is installed in the device.
- If it is determined that the device was purchased from an unauthorized dealer, resold, etc.

The warranty is proven with a copy of the warranty from the KIRBY company.
